How Virbela Uses Personal Information

To Register Users — Users register with their name and email address. Their first and last name are used as their avatar name in Virbela. In the back-end dashboard, administrators can look up users and their activity based on name and email.

To Provide Technical Support — Computer specifications are used by the technical support team to provide support specific to their hardware configurations.

To Communicate with Customers — Private campus customers can send access to end users via an email that comes from Virbela with access information.

To Market to Customers — In the Virbela Open Campus, Virbela emails users for marketing and update purposes. Users have the ability to unsubscribe from all communications. Virbela does not email end users of private campus clients without the written consent of the B2B client.

To Measure the Use of Virbela Offerings — Virbela uses data to track when and where users utilize the software. Click here to download a flyer about Data Protection and Security in Virbela.
